“Most of our clients are home owners in Westchester or apartment owners in Manhattan.We do work with architects, interior designers and contractors that refer their clients to us on regular basis and we also cater to commercial accounts, but the majority of our business today are individual home or apartment owners that come to us first before hiring an Architect or contractor.
We believe that everything should always be focused around the client and our priority should always be to do everything possible to make every client happy. Although this should be the approach for every business and especially kitchen and bathroom showrooms, surprisingly that’s not always the case.
We are always working on improving our system and our team so that we can listen better, respond better, know more about our industry, carry more products, minimize any mistakes and/ or delays, design better, reduce our prices and anything else that can make our clients happier.
